2020 custom pine bark processor

Pine nugget and bark processor. All electric system. This was custom designed to screen out the fines first, then screen out the 2″ minus pieces and then grind to around 1.5″ minus. Load once and you get three piles. Five total conveyors, two screens and one 30HP hammer mill. The mill is a true swing hammer set up. Soft start and controls included. Can run 60-70 yds/hr on our material. Extra motors and screens included.  Shaker screens are interchangeable. This does not have a manufacturer tied to it. Some components are much older than 2020 but everything has been updated as far as motors, controls, etc. Use all or part(s) of the system. Total HP is calculated by adding all motors together.  Videos available.
