Working every day, come watch it run! 7,654 hours with meticulous maintenance and upkeep. 600 hours ago – new PT Tech clutch and PTO pumps, new Mill bearings, new compression cylinders, new control board, new remote, new grease lines, new paint job. 300 hours ago – new discharge belt, new skirting, 8 new rollers, new tail pulley bearings. In the last 100 hours – new front floor section and cross member, new in feed sprocket scraper plate (upgraded to 1/2″ ar), new compression roll teeth (upgraded to teeth, replaced the factor serrated strips), new compression roll liner and wedge (hard face on top), new compression roll housing bearings, new shear pin housing, new fuel pump. Smooth mill with rakers. Extra parts – tips with bolts, faceplates, 4 extra screen (vary in size), shear pins, banana bars, circuit breakers, in feed chain link repair (2 short sections) with extra pins.
